My name is Emily (she/her) and I’m a Naarm based costume designer with aspirations and experience in theatre, writing, art, and sewing.

I wish to acknowledge and honour the traditional custodians of the land on which I work, live, and create – the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung and Boon Wurrung peoples of the eastern Kulin Nation.

I pay my respect to their elders past and present, and to all First Nations people, who have been telling stories and sharing knowledge on this land for the past 65,000 years.

Sovereignty has never been ceded, this was and always will be Aboriginal land.
